custom wax bench
I have two wax benches that I use when working on skis. One for x-country skis and one for downhill/tele skis
and snowboards. You can see both in pictures on the site. They can be mounted to any workbench with
C clamps.
I designed the DH/tele/snowboard bench with a lot of adjustment for different lengths
and camber so there is always good support under whatever equipment you are working on. There is an angled cutout to
tip equipment on edge to do sharpening work, and another cutout so skis with AT bindings lay
flat for waxing and scraping.
I have already made a couple of the DH/tele/snowboard benches for customers
who wanted to do their own work and I will make one for you too. Cost $50
The x-country bench is a ski profile
that I cutout and added a clamp to. Cost $40
Both of these are the same as I use in the shop and they
have worked great for years.

The Great Ski Race
With the great support of
gear from Rossignol, Toko, and Northstar I skate skied The Great Ski Race today. I have classic skied the
race before, but have only skated a couple times before today. So even though I have
heaps of stride stuff I had to borrow skate skis, boots, and poles. A big thanks to Rossignol, Toko, and
Northstar for helping a rookie skater out. Matty
